Are the mattresses inflatable?
Our mattresses are not inflatable. You never have to worry about an uncomfortable leaky inflatable mattress again. Each custom-made piece features the highest quality innovative proprietary memory foam designed for exceptional postural support. Our mattresses are light weight, easy to stow, and are designed with a reinforced top-stitch inner cover with a surged inner seam that adds durability. Our high-thread-count, stain-resistant cotton outer cover helps you sleep exceptionally well. It is both easy to remove and machine washable.
Is there one standard size mattress that fits all aircraft seating?
Unfortunately, not all aircraft floor plans and seating size are the same. We tailor fit our mattresses to be exact. Because our mattresses are customized to accommodate your seating specifications as well as your interior layout, each mattress configuration will be custom.
Are the mattresses certified for aircraft use?
Our mattresses are certified under the FAR 25.853(C) burn test. This is the oil can burn test for installed seat cushions and is the most important stringent burn testing criterion for aircraft interior components. Our mattresses passed three consecutive burn tests and we can provide the flammability documentation upon request.
What are the dimensions and weight of the mattresses when stowed?
Each configuration may vary slightly due to seat size and aircraft layout.
- Club Mattress: 22”x 16”x 8” 16 lbs
- Divan Mattress: 28”x 16” x 10” 22 lbs
- Conference Mattress: 2 bags- each bag is the same dimension and weight as a Club Mattress above
How do I order a mattress set?
Placing an order is as easy as visiting our contact page and filling out the form. There are some additional steps needed but we will walk you thru those after intial contact has taken place.
What is the time frame for the completion of a custom ship set order?
Typically, we can get your order out in two to three weeks. We do; however, offer an expedite option for an additional fee.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. We guarantee our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse.
